"Back Office" is a replication feature that complements SyncMax and serves to transfer, safeguard and store data from each of your satellite locations to a server computer, while allowing for you to overstep the difficulties associated with large scale garment sorting of multiple locations. "Back Office" also offers full data consolidation, data recovery and restoration, and data transfer for quick tag recognition and rapid automatic garment sorting processing for all of your all satellite locations.

This replication feature requires a server class, the NSD feature, and SyncMax. Hardware requirements: Dell Precision T3400 equivalent or higher (Work Station Level Computer) & MS SQL 2005 Workgroup Edition for Main & MS SQL 2005 Workgroup for each Satellite Store.

Upon 2 rings, the CleanMax Caller ID will appear as a pop up on the screen indicating the customer name and several different categories such as pick up, delivery, other, etc so that you can quickly categorize and save the reason for the customer's call with a one touch button as a message. The message button will also turn yellow as a reminder of tasks or requests to be fulfilled. You must contact your local telephone provider to add in a Caller ID service in order for our Caller ID feature to be compatible.

 

NSD, No System Down   $750    
A majority of computer crashes are due to problems with the operating system. Other computer systems use a safety mechanism in which one of two computers functions as the server and the other as the client, upon which if there is an issue with one, the other functions as a backup.

No System Down, our advanced and reliable backup system - No System Down - goes beyond typical measures of data backup by securing data even if there is only single computer unit. We use a technology where the primary unit can function as the secondary operating system in case of database malfunctions. This maintains a smooth operation at all times, and prevents computer issues from interrupting the flow of business.

NSD is compatible with computers that have been upgraded from Standard Desktops to Work Station Level computer. (Dell Precision T3400 equivalent or higher).

All Arbelsoft products requires new password when Store information has changed. No payment will be charged for the new password if license is less then a year i.e. under the warranty. The license can be transferred to a new user or location by paying $250.00 that includes one month free of Arbelsoft online support.
