All Arbelsoft products including the Dry Cleaner, Laundromat, and Shoe Repair Service POS Software & Computer programs have been designed with three levels. Buttons and features that are used the most frequently have been conveniently placed at the main screen for quick access and promptness when it comes to the execution of tasks on the job. Although our system may appear complex, once you familiarize yourself with the button locations, you will realize how much easier yet advanced our products are to use. Furthermore, System Levels with their varying degrees of complexity allow for you to access and use whichever level is most fitting of your business needs at any given time, all by a simple one touch button.
Level I
Within stores where owners are interacting with walk-in customers, Level 1 is your ideal match. At the drop screen, the descriptions of garments can be more generalized so that you can issue simple tickets. Also, Level I does not offer partial pickups or partial payments & credit issue allowances. New users, you can use Level I as a start-off point as you familiarize yourself with our programs. And if you feel that you have advanced, you may simply move on to Level II or III with a one touch button. You may access any Level you would like at any given time.
Level II
Level II is the intermediate level of Level I and III. You may use Level II as the stepping stone to familiarizing yourself with the more advanced features of Level III. The only difference between the two is that Level II does not have the Quick Information panel located at the main screen. Other common features include marketing, reports, customized set-ups, searches, graphs, etc.
Level III
Level III offers the advanced of all Arbelsoft capabilities. An important feature is the Quick Information panel located at the main screen, which allows you to view all relevant and vital business statistics at a glance. Topics under the Quick Info panel include Hold & Quick Drop, No Charge & Do overs, Credits, Adjusted payments, Overdue tickets, Tickets ready by today, and Delivery ticket list. Level III may seem complex due to its sophisticated features. However, once you familiarize yourself with the button locations, nothing could be easier than using our program.
