We provide 4 hours of free training with the renting, financing or purchasing of our system. The customer may have an additional 4 hours training session if requested within 30 days of purchase.

Arbelsoft offers a Customer Care Plan in two editions:

Silver Edition Coverage - $360 / year / unit
Select 1 of 2 options
     Software upgrade
     Hardware Maintenance Labor included
         Price of replaced parts charged separately.

Gold Edition Coverage - $660 / year / unit
     Software upgrade &
     Hardware Maintenance Labor included
         Price of replaced parts charged separately.

Note: Must be insured when item(s) shipping to us. Shipping & Handling costs not included.


Remote Hosting Service
      $300 / year / location
       High speed internet, static ip address required.

 

Warranty

     Buyers entitled to software, hardware included parts and labor for 1 year warranty term
         Following warranty, Customer Care Plan option available at the aforementioned prices.

     Renters entitled to Gold Edition included parts coverage for 48 month contract period
         Re-contract and automatically become entitled to the Gold Edition.

During this time period, if a problem arises with either the software or hardware, it is only after a close evaluation of the situation, and ultimately Arbelsoft's sole discretion to decide whether to replace or correct defective software or hardware. Arbelsoft is the sole authority when deciding whether or not to charge an additional fee for the implementation or correction of damaged parts.

At no point will Arbelsoft be responsible for consequential or incidental damages to the hardware or the software. Additionally, Arbelsoft is not under any circumstances, liable for damages resulting from a personal failure to use the product properly, regardless of whether or not this misuse was intentional or due to lack of knowledge on how to comply with the proper usage of the product. The above statements apply to all Arbelsoft customers.

Returns
     A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned item(s).
     Items can only accepted if returned in the original box and condition.
     All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
