Customers refer CleanMax for Dry cleaning, LaundroMax for Laundromat, ShoeMax for Shoe Repair service, and TailorMax for Tailoring Service on our POS computer systems.

 

Initial Training
We provide 4 hours of free training with the renting, financing or purchasing of our system. The customer may have an additional 4 hours training session if requested within 30 days of purchase.

Benefits
    deco Troubleshooting in case of technical difficulties via telephone or internet.
    deco Free software update and hardware supports and repair or replacement.
    deco Loan for major hardware, computer, monitor and printer is available for Gold or higher plans
    deco 3 partial payment plan is available upon provided credit card or ACH authorization.

Note:

    deco Tech support covers all hardware provided by Arbelsoft, except for the replacement or repair costs of optional hardware.
    deco All payments are non-refundable and the policy is non-transferable.
    deco Shipping & handling cost is not included. Customer’s responsibility to cover all return shipping with insurance.
    deco Silver Support Package only has basic and preliminary hardware support including things like assistance with driver installation         and verifying port numbers. We do not provide extensive hardware support or trouble shooting,
        if you require it please get the Gold Package.
    deco All clients with synchmax and / or Backoffice options, must purchase a separate corresponding plans for support.
    deco Support is available for optional items such as Scales, Scanners, Tag Printers and more.

Customer Support with NO support contract                                                                                                                  Setup Account
We offer an instant support service to our customers allowing you to be assisted without purchasing a customer care contract. In addition to the fee schedules listed on this page we offer a loaner computer service. At the cost of $10 per day, beginning on the day we ship, you may use our loaner service for when your PC goes down. Once, you return the loaner after the service we will calculate the total charge.
For the repair service, which requires an authorization form, you have two methods of support. Rates are as follows:
     Sending the system to our HQ, Initial charge: $160.00, then $160.00/hour plus parts & shipping.
     Internet or phone support : $160.00/hour, $40.00/every 15 minutes.

 

Software Installation Service                                                                                                                                                      Buy
Due to the volume of inquiries- about Software installation, Setup for peripherals and Default customization such as multiple charges, promotional discount or coupons and loyalty plans and employee attendance record & entry system or integrated credit card processing from the customer, already has hardware from a previous system but is looking to change their existing software- We are offering a new promotional installation service that meets exact designated performance and professional way of customization by a skilled expert for Arbelsoft’s standards accordingly via internet or locally.

There is a flat rate of $320/session/unit. To help prevent extraneous time consumption and reduce overall system cost. The conditions are:
    deco Advanced appointment is necessary.
    deco “Customer Setup Information” & “Devices Specification” must be submitted.
    deco Must have had installed Windows 7 or Windows 8.1.
    deco Please ensure that all peripherals are connected and tested prior to request.

 

License Transfer                                                                                                                                                                                  Buy
All Arbelsoft products require a new password in order to change the Store information. There will be no charge for a new password if the license is less than a year old or if it’s the same ownership at the same location. However, a transfer fee is required anytime ownership has changed. Arbelsoft has the right to, at any time request the license transfer fee of $250.00 plus a penalty charge of $100 should the customer change the store information under false pretenses.

The license may be transferred at any time to a new user or location by paying $250, this includes one month of Arbelsoft
online training for free.

Please note, Arbelsoft does not support any none registered, or falsified customer system(s) or software(s).

 

Warranty
    deco Buyers are entitled to software and hardware included parts and labor for a 1 year warranty term. Following warranty, Customer Care         Plan option available at the aforementioned prices.
    deco Renter are entitled to the Diamond Edition Support Contract, includes parts coverage with a 48 month contract period. Re-contract and         automatically become entitled to the Diamond Edition.

    deco We do not setup, support or replace hardware or software provided by third parties.

 

Returns
    deco A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned item(s).
    deco Items can only be accepted if returned in the original box and in re-sellable condition.
    deco All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
