Initial Training
We provide 4 hours of free training with the renting, financing or purchasing of our system. The customer may have an additional 4 hours training session if requested within 30 days of purchase.

     Gold Version: Free Software Updates & No Labor Charges.
     Loan for major hardware, computer, monitor and printer is available for Gold or higher plans
     (XXX Edition Plus): Including Remote Hosting backup service.
     Diamond Edition: Full maintenance support includes parts & labors.

Note: Each edition covers the basic package items only however we will support optional items.

Repair Request                                                                                             
    Item(s) must be insured when shipping to us with RMA number. You can have the number from     http://www.arbelsoft.com/company/rma.php & Fill the Repair Request Form or call us at
    (877) 939-1212 ext 201. Shipping & Handling costs not included.

Customer Support with NO support contract                          
    We will support your technical questions even if you do not have a service contract. There are two     ways you can do this and that is by opening an ACH or credit card payment account. Rates are as     follows:
     Sending the system to our HQ, Basic charge: $120.00, $80.00/hour plus labors & shipping.
     Internet or phone support : Basic charge: $40.00, then $80.00/hour, $20.00/every 15 minutes.

Software Installation Service                                                               
Due to the volume of inquiries- about Software installation, Setup for peripherals and Default customization such as multiple charges, promotional discount or coupons and loyalty plans and employee attendance record & entry system or integrated credit card processing from the customer, already has hardware from a previous system but is looking to change their existing software- We are offering a new promotional installation service that meets exact designated performance and professional way of customization by a skilled expert for Arbelsoft’s standards accordingly via internet or locally.

There is a flat rate of $320/session/unit. To help prevent extraneous time consumption and reduce overall system cost. The conditions are:
     Advanced appointment is necessary.
     “Customer Setup Information” & “Devices Specification” must be submitted.
     Must have had installed Windows XP professional with Service Pack 3 or Windows 7.
     Please ensure that all peripherals are connected and tested prior to request.

License Transfer                                                                                          
    All Arbelsoft products require a new password when store information has changed. No payment     will be charged for the new password if the age of your license is less then a year i.e. one year     warranty term. The license can be transferred to a new user or location for a $250.00 fee which     also includes one free month of Arbelsoft online support.
    - Please note that Arbelsoft does not support none registered system or software.

Warranty
     Buyers are entitled to software and hardware included parts and labor for a 1 year warranty          term. Following warranty, Customer Care Plan option available at the aforementioned          prices.
     Renter are entitled to the Diamond Edition Support Contract, includes parts coverage with a 48          month contract period. Re-contract and automatically become entitled to the Diamond Edition.

     We do not setup, support or replace hardware or software provided by third parties.

Returns
     A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned item(s).
     Items can only accepted if returned in the original box and condition.
     All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
